MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Building relationship with key on-trade accounts with marketing projects execution on order to support sales force;
- Execution of brand activities within the global brand strategy, maintaining a calendar of activities, briefing and supervising the work of agencies;
- To stablish a long term relationship with Brand audience (Trade and consumer media) and be the spoke person in PR event;
- Mentoring programs and trainings for various audience (on-trade, off-trade, consumers, internal employees of the company)
- Social networks management, creation and execution of a content plan relevant to the brand, development of relevant brand content for key accounts. Finding and working with the right Influencers;
- Document flow and reporting to Head of Category.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in promoting a premium brand (alcohol-as an advantage) across young audience;
- Project management experience;
- Knowledge of the creative & event agencies, production studios;
- Digital savvy (including experience in managing brand accounts in social networks);
- Experience in implementing digital campaigns, working with opinion leaders;
- Event management experience (festivals, concerts, etc.)
- Copywriting skills and excellent literacy
- Strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactivity and responsibility, readiness for multitasking
- The ability to work both independently and in a team
- Creativity and a sense of humor
